JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

The Regional Manager is responsible for designated territory (Texas, AZ, Kansas and Nebraska) with the initial focus being on Texas. The Regional Manager will reside in north Texas and handle sales, manage dealers and customer service.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for regional sales & development of annual sales plan to support organization strategy and objectives
  • Manage dealer network including Eco-Drip & Pivotrav plus additional Dealers in Kansas, Arizona and Nebraska
  • Handle customer service for the region 
  • Manage Technical and Installation issues for regional customers
  • Responsible for inventory management at dealer locations
  • Handles all in-field direct and dealer trainings for installations and maintenance
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have responsibility for supervising other employees within the company.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in farm operation or irrigation management.
  • Understanding of water monitoring, moisture analysis and irrigation applications/methods.
  • Experience in irrigation planning and strategic development.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of selling strategies with a focus on strong customer service techniques.
  • Understand forecasting and dealer/partner relationships.
  • Function effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-geographic environment.

Work Environment

This position requires in-field work including installations for GroGuru solutions.

This is a full-time position.

Travel

This position requires frequent travel, more than 50%.
