JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

We are
looking for an exceptional leader to work on the game changing products and
solutions targeted for the agriculture market. This person is expected to provide hands on
leadership in the areas of system design and firmware development. In addition, this person is expected to work
with the existing team of software and firmware developers and testers (both
employees and contractors) and provide supervision to ensure that milestones
decided by the organization are achieved.
This person should also be able to help with business development and
work with the product, business development and sales teams on developing the
product.

Essential
Functions

Reasonable

System design with experience
working on long range low power wireless technologies such as Lora,
Sigfox, RPMA, NB-IOT etc
Hands on system testing and
supporting teams in the field.
Manage existing employees in the
team in the areas of software development and testing
Hands on embedded software
development especially on the FreeScale platform.
A good understanding of AWS components.
Work with other teams inside the
company such as the sales team.
Performs other related duties as
assigned.

Required
Education and Experience

MS/Ph.D in Engineering, or
related field with more than 15 years of experience.
Strong research, decision making,
critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

technology, and developments.

This job
operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax
machines.
